    We are located in Palm Court Plaza, in between Hoosier Cafe and Retro’s Sub’s & Brews. We are located in the building across from Cali Tacos. Our entrance is facing Warner Road.

    Directions:

    • Park in Palm Court Plaza

    • Locate Hoosier Cafe or Retro’s Subs & Brews

    • Look for the sidewalk next to either establishment AND closest to the main road (Warner)

    • Walk down the sidewalk until you find our entrance (glass door with our logo).

  • Our lighting and speaker guide can be found here!

  • You may cancel/reschedule your appointments up to 2 hours before your appointment time.

    Please look for the original appointment confirmation email from scheduling@acuityscheduling-mail.com (separate from the access code email).

    — There is a button that says Change/Cancel. Make sure to change/cancel each hour that you need to adjust.

    You will be refunded for each hour cancelled.
